No-contact tracker & panic room

The app you open at 1am instead of their chat.

Ghosted counts every day you choose yourself and gives you a panic room for the moments you almost don't. No account, no AI, and it works offline.

Ghosted's home screen at night: a violet ring set with gold milestone gems around a glowing day 23, a live counter beneath it, a checked-in mood row, and an ember horizon low behind the Panic, Journal, Toolkit and Reasons row.

Your story is kept on your phone.

No account. No AI. It works in airplane mode, because we built it that way.

Private

Yours, on your phone

No account and nothing to sign up for. What you write is kept in a database on this phone.

Alive

Built for the 1am moment

A day counter that ticks every second and a panic room one tap away. When the urge to text hits, Ghosted is the thing you open instead.

Honest

No AI, no gimmicks

No fake chatbot, no quiz-wall, no fake urgency. Hard moments get scripted, offline tools and real human crisis resources — help that doesn't pretend to be a therapist.

Proof, not promises

What the app does, and does not do.

No account, ever

No email, no password, no sign-up wall. Open it and start.

Works fully offline

No connection needed. Airplane mode changes nothing.

Kept on the phone

Your journal, letters and reasons are saved in a database on the phone.

No AI, no bot

No chatbot reading your story. Scripted tools and human resources instead.

Biometric vault

Screenshots and reasons locked behind Face ID or a PIN.

Export & leave anytime

Take your whole history with you, free forever. Switching phones never costs your progress.

Read the full privacy policy — including exactly what the app and this site do collect.

The home screen showing day 23 inside the ring, a live counter reading 23 days, and the line 'next milestone: 30 days — 7 to go'.
The counter

Day 23 of choosing yourself.

A healing ring that ticks every second and fills toward your next milestone. Not a lecture — proof, alive on your screen, that you're doing this.

Ghosted's panic room with the navigation bar hidden: the Reality tab open on one of your own red-flag cards, above the fixed 'I made it through' and 'Get help now' buttons.
The panic room

One tap when the urge hits.

Reread why you left, breathe, write the text you'll send nowhere, or ride the urge out with a timed exercise. It usually passes in ten minutes — Ghosted owns those ten.

The Toolkit tab: a flame-lit 'Rebuilding — week 4' pane above three unticked daily tasks marked 0 of 3 done by three logs.
The toolkit

Small daily steps — and real help.

Three tiny tasks a day that fit the phase you're in, guided exercises for the hard nights, and a Get Help screen with real crisis and support lines. No bot in sight.

The Journey screen: a month calendar of nightly mood dots with today ringed in ember, a constellation strip with day 7 and day 14 lit gold, and a band of mood colour from the last 14 days.
The journey

See how far you've come.

A timeline of your moods, milestones and every urge you survived. And if you slip, there's no shame — your days-you-showed-up total never resets.

The Letters tab of the Journal: a draft addressed to Alex above a sealed letter closed with a violet wax seal.
Unsent letters

Write the text. Send it nowhere.

Say everything you need to say in a letter that's sealed, never sent. The catharsis of hitting send, without the 2am regret.

Questions

The honest answers.

Your day count, check-ins, letters, journal and reasons are kept on your phone, in a private database, with no account. The app does send anonymous crash reports and a count of which ordinary screens get opened, so we can fix what breaks, plus the name of any upgrade button you tap. None of that carries content — nothing you wrote, felt or logged — and the panic room reports nothing at all. The privacy policy lists every field.
No. There is no chatbot, no LLM and no "AI coach." The hard moments are handled by scripted, offline tools — a panic room, guided urge-surfing, and real human crisis resources — never a bot pretending to care.
Completely. Everything except an optional purchase works forever in airplane mode, because the whole product runs on your phone. Nothing to load, nothing to wait for.
One tap from anywhere when the urge to text hits. Reread why you left, breathe, write the message you will never send, or ride the urge out with a timed exercise. The urge usually passes in about ten minutes — the app is built to own those ten.
Yes — the day counter, the full panic room, daily check-ins, crisis resources and full data export are free forever. Ghosted Pro is an optional upgrade that adds unlimited letters, full history, streak shields and more. The essentials are never locked away.
Ghosted is built for both iPhone and Android, and works the same on each. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
Delete the app and its data goes with it. If you want to keep a copy first, export a backup from Settings → Your data.
